Mandatory Conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.
The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The society to work to achieve and maintain regular liaison with the police at an appropriate regional and or local level and make available any CCTV recorded images and the stores refusal book.
Training will be provided to relevant employees in connection with the sale of alcohol and will augment this with immediate remedial retraining if it becomes apparent that an employee requires it.
The society will endeavour to ensure that any noise and light pollution from the premises is not obtrusive in the context of the store's location.
The society will maintain a refusal register at the store.
The society actively supports the use of photo identity cards. The Policy of the society is to challenge any individual who wishes to purchase alcohol and appears to be under 21, by means of a photo identity card.
