Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule
CCTV shall be installed, recording and maintained in working order, operated to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police. There will be a minimum of one colour camera covering the external entrance, a minimum of one colour camera to each entrance/exit providing quality head and shoulder images for facial recognition/identification of all persons entering the premises. There will be sufficient cameras to cope with the normal operating illumination to reasonably cover all licensed public areas. Recordings will be kept for a maximum of 28 days, endorsed with accurate, correct time/date (BST/GMT adjusted) which police and/or authorised licensing officers shall be able to view immediate playback following lawful requests. A member of staff will be on the premises always when they are open to the public who can operate the CCTV system and to provide recordings on request. Recording equipment shall be housed in a secure room/cabinet where access and operation is strictly limited to authorised persons. In the event of system malfunction, the DPS or Premises Licence Holder will immediately inform Lincolnshire Police by emailing countylicensing@lincs.police.uk. Arrangements for repair will be made without delay, once repaired the Licensing Authority and Police Licensing will be notified.
An incident/refusal book shall be kept on the premises, in which details of crime and/or disorder will be recorded with the following information:
Time, date and location and nature of incident/refusal
Name, address and contact details of persons involved
Result of incident/refusal, action taken to prevent further incidents.
Each entry shall be signed by the DPS or other responsible person employed at the premises and be retained for a period of no less than 12 months and available for inspection on request by Lincolnshire Police.
Adequate waste receptacles will be provided outside the premises.
The premises will operate the 'Challenge 25' proof of age policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any persons who appears to be under the age of 25 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
Photo Driving Licence
Passport
A recognised Proof of Age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Notices will prominently be displayed advising customers of the 'Challenge 25' proof of age scheme.
All point of sale staff shall undergo early training in the 'Challenge 25' proof of age scheme and all other relevant policies with a record kept of the date of training, signed by the staff member and trainer, each shall be retained for a period of 24 months from the date of completion, these will be available for inspection by Lincolnshire Police or other relevant authority.
