  Tap water must be provided on request to customers

  No irresponsible promotions

  No alcohol to be directly dispended into a customers’ mouth

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  a)               at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of               the premises licence or,

   

  b)               at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a               personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

  The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol:-
  
  The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

  The responsible person shall ensure that:-
  
  (a)               Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for sale or               consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied               having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely               closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures:-
  
  Beer or cider - ½ pint;
  Gin, rum, vodka or whisky - 25ml or 35ml; and
  Still wine in a glass - 125ml; and
  
  (b)               Customers are made aware of the availability of these measures.

   

  Express Conditions

   

  1.              Provision to be made and closed circuit television to be installed and maintained in a proper working order in consultation with the Lincolnshire Police Crime Reduction Officer. All recorded video taped to be retained for a period of 31 days and made available to the police on request.

   

  2.              (a) The licensee shall maintain a duty register giving details of each and every person employed on the premises in the role of a door/security person on a daily basis.

   

  (b) The licensee shall notify the Chief Officer of Police of the dismissal of any staff employed by him/her in the capacity of a door/security person for serious misconduct which might affect the continuation of, or renewal of that person’s registration.

  General

  Protection of Children form Harm

   

  Children will be allowed on the premises Sunday to Thursday until 21:00 (30 mins extra if eating a meal). Friday to Saturday until 18:00 (30mins extra if eating a meal).

   

  Signs to be installed to read:

   

  “Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult, no children to remain by the bar counter once an order has been placed.”

   

   

   

• CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  1. The electrical installation of an appropriate RCD system will take place and an appropriate log of testing be kept.

   

  2. The premises supervisor to reasonably endeavour to ensure no eating, drinking or smoking on the dance floor area.

   

  3. No real or artificial smoke shall be generated for the purpose of entertainment on the premises.

   

  4. Free drinking water is to be made freely available and free of charge.

   

  5. There will be a continued risk assessment over the need for door staff during the times of entertainment being provided which is likely to attract large numbers of customers.
