ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
SIA registered door staff must be employed at the event and a log kept with name, hours worked, and licence number. The number of persons entering the marquee must be recorded and controlled by the SIA team
Public Safety
Only plastic glasses to be used at the event
The 4 emergency exits in the marquee must be clearly marked with an exit sign
Fire precaution guidance notes to be adhered to with recommended levels of fire extinguishers positioned throughout the marquee
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Amplified music levels must be monitored at regular intervals during the event
All refuse must be collected and removed from the site by the organiser
Protection of Children from Harm
All children under 16 must be supervised at all times whilst on the premise by an accompanying responsible adult
Children under 16 will not be permitted to sit or stand at the bar counter
A separate soft drinks bar must be set up away from the main bar
Notices must be displayed at the entrance to the marquee indicating that it is unlawful for any person under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18. A written policy to be retained in the marquee to prevent the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 and the requirement to produce identification
