Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority,
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
When the premises are being used for public entertainment, there must be in attendance one officially designated steward for every 50 persons in the licensed premises.

Installation of a hard wired proprietary noise limiting device to be fitted.
Ensure all speakers are directed away from entrances/exits.
Ensure that all doors remain closed except strictly for passage of persons in and out of the property whilst amplified music is played.
A minimum of 50 seats to be available at all times.
CCTV to be installed at the premises properly maintained and renewed/replaced or increased on the advice of Lincolnshire Police giving both internal and external views of the premises. All recorded video tapes or other means of recording to be retained for a period of 31 days and made available to the police on request.
