  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.              Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority,

   

  PERMITTED HOURS

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.

  In this condition, permitted hours mean:

   

  On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

   

  Children are allowed on the premises during food service times:

   

  Tuesday - Friday               11:30 to 14:00 & 18:00 - 21:00

  Saturday & Sunday               12:00 - 19:00

   

  Clear signage will state this fact.

   

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder

   

  To remain a member of PubWatch.

   

  Zero tolerance to drugs and disorderly conduct.

   

  Clear signage will state this fact.

   

  Public Safety

   

  Fire exits to remain clear with visible signage.

   

  Staff to be trained in uses of equipment, and a fire safety risk assessment to be carried out.

   

  All fire safety and other equipment to be tested annually.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  Ration of seating to standing room to be maintained.

   

  Protection of Children form Harm

   

  No unaccompanied children under the age of 18 to be permitted on the premises.

   

  Children are permitted at food service times only, and must be accompanied by an adult.

   

  No children are allowed in the bar area.

   

  There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:

  A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)

  Photo driving licence

  Passport

  Citizens card supported by the Home Office

   

  A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
