ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Refer to the 'Conditions of Hiring - Fillingham Village Hall'.
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
All activities are supervised by the hirer or a member(s) of the village hall committee.
Public Safety
All fire and electrical equipment to be regularly inspected.
All exits to be clearly marked.
Prevention of Public
Doors to be kept closed during events.
No unsupervised events to take place at the premises.
Protection of Children from Harm
All youth leaders are to have a current CRB checks.
Children to be restricted from accessing the kitchen area unless supervised by an appropriate adult.
