Caretaker lives on site and the following is in place or installed:

Perimeter fencing, outside CCTV, Alarm System, Coded locks on entrance doors.

Public Safety

Fire equipment will be tested annually.

A current test certificate will be in place for the RCD protective device for the stage lighting equipment.

Separate gates for pedestrians and vehicles.

Clearly displayed signage for escape routes will be in place.

Maximum occupancy will be 250 for the main hall.

Prevention of Public Nuisance.

Premises will not be open between 00:00 and 06:00

Protection of Children from Harm

All staff will be CRB (enhanced) certificated.

There will be sufficient adult supervision for all activities.
