Mandatory Conditions Club Premises
A certificate which allows off sales to a member is subject to the following conditions:
1. The supply is made at a time when the premises are open for the purpose of supplying alcohol to members of the club for consumption on the premises.
2. Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in sealed container.
3. Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to a member of the club in person.
4. Where the club premises certificate authorises the exhibition of films, the club must restrict the admission of persons under 18 in accordance with a recommendation of the film classification body or, where there is no recommendation, the recommendation of the licensing authority.
CLUB PREMISES EMBEDDED RESTRICTIONS
PERMITTED HOURS
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours include:
On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Maximum occupancy in the pavilion is 150.
No public entertainments on Christmas Day or Good Friday.
When the premises are being used for public entertainment there must be in attendance one officially designated steward for every 50 persons in the licensed premises.
