Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
This licence is for off sales of alcohol from the site shop only (marked red on the plan), and the specified regulated entertainment in the Outdoor area marked blue on the plan, at the specified times.
All staff responsible for selling alcohol shall receive regular training in the Licensing Act 2003 in terms of the licensing objectives, offences committed under the Act and conditions of the Premises Licence. Staff shall receive refresher training in the Licensing Act 2003 at intervals of no more than 6 months. Signed and dated records shall be kept of all staff training and such records kept available at the premises for inspection by Lincolnshire Police or other relevant authority upon request for a period of at least 12 months from the last date of entry.
A CCTV system shall be installed, recording and maintained in working order and operated at the premises to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police, specifically:
There shall be sufficient cameras able to cope with the normal operating illumination to reasonably cover all licensed public areas. Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 28 days and endorsed with the accurate, correct time/date (BST/GMT adjusted). Police and/or Authorised Licensing Officers shall be able on attendance to view immediate playback of any incident without the necessity for download. Recordings of incidents at the premises must be provided to the police following lawful request.
An incident book or electronic record shall be kept at the premises, in which details of crime and/or disorder relating to the premises shall be recorded.
The incident book shall contain the following details;
Time, date and location of incident.
Nature of the incident.
Names,addresses and contact details of persons involved if known.
Results of the incident.
Action taken to prevent such incidents.
Each entry is to be signed by the DPS or other responsible person employed at the premises and so authorised by the DPS; and retained for a period of no less than 12 months and made available for inspection by Lincolnshire Police or other relevant authority upon request.
The licensee shall not permit the use of the licensed premises to become a nuisance to persons in the neighbourhood and, in particular, shall take all necessary precautions to prevent persons in the neighbourhood being disturbed by noise.
Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
The premises shall operate “Challenge 25” Proof of Age Policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 25 years to produce one of the following forms of indentification:
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums, Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS).
Photo driving licence
Passport
Notices shall be prominently displayed advising customers of the “Challenge 25” policy.
All point-of-sale staff shall undergo training in the challenge 25 proof of age scheme with a record kept of the date of training, signed by the member of staff and the trainer. Staff shall receive refresher training at intervals of no more than 6 months. Signed and dated records shall be kept of all staff training and such records kept available at the premises for inspection by Lincolnshire Police or other relevant authority upon request for a period of at least 12 months from the last date of entry.
A refusal book or electronic record shall be kept at the premises, in which details of refusals of alcohol sales shall be recorded.
The refusal book shall contain the following details;
Date and time of the refusal.
Name of the member of staff who refused the sale.
Details of the person/s involved if known.

All children are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst within the licensed area when being used for licensable activities.
