Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
3. Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
No teenage or 18th birthday party events allowed when there is provision of alcohol.
Lincolnshire Police Licensing Office to be provided with a programme of events that involve the sale of alcohol.
Fourteen days notice to be given to Lincolnshire Police Licensing Office in the case of ad hoc events involving sale of alcohol.
Protection of Children from Harm
No one appearing to be under 18 will be permitted to buy alcohol without proof, the following forms of proof of ID only to be accepted:
Passport
Photo Driving Licence
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
