Additional Conditions

  Tap water must be provided on request to customers

  No irresponsible promotions

  No alcohol to be directly dispended into a customers’ mouth

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  a)               at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of               the premises licence or,

   

  b)               at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a               personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

  The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol:-
  
  The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

  The responsible person shall ensure that:-
  
  (a)               Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for sale or               consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied               having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely               closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures:-
  
  Beer or cider - ½ pint;
  Gin, rum, vodka or whisky - 25ml or 35ml; and
  Still wine in a glass - 125ml; and
  
  (b)               Customers are made aware of the availability of these measures.

  No admission of people under the influence of drink

   

  No sales to people under the influence of drink

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  Children not allowed on premises, policy in place

   

  No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted on the premises when they are being used for the purposes of the supply of alcohol and/or the provision of regulated entertainment.

   

  There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.  That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:

   

  1                    a recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)

  2                    photo driving licence

  3                    passport

  4                    citizen card supported by the Home Office

  5                    Portman Group 'Prove it' card

  6                    Any other means approved and accredited by Lincolnshire Police

   

  A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate:

   

  i)              that is it unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person               to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age

   

  ii)              that proof of age may be requested at the premises and the following forms               of identification shall be acceptable:

   

                a)              Photocard Drivers Licence

                b)              Passport

                c)              United Kingdom 'PASS' Hologram Accredited Age Identification                                           Card with photo (including Portman, Connexions card and                                                         Citizencard)

                d)              any other locally approved scheme in consultation with Lincolnshire                                           Police

• CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  1.              A CCTV system shall be installed and (or alternatively where such a system               is already installed) shall be maintained in working order and operated at the               premises. 

   

                The system shall be used to record during all hours when licensable               activities are being conducted. 

   

                The quality of the images recorded by the CCTV system shall be such that               they are of practical value in the promotion of the licensing objectives. 

   

                The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form               for a period of not less than 28 days and must be endorsed with the accurate               relevant time and date.

   

  2.              There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors to such a number               as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the               entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises               when they are used for the provision of a licensable activity.

   

                A record/log book shall be kept on the premises by the Designated               Premises Supervisor of every person employed on the premises as a door               supervisor.

   

                The record shall contain the following details:

   

                              The door supervisors name;

                              His/Her Security Industry Authority Licence Number

                              The time and date he/she commenced and concluded their duty.

   

                The door supervisors shall sign each entry.

   

                The Designated Premises Supervisor or other authorised personnel shall               also endorse each entry as having checked authenticity of the individual door               supervisor.

   

  3.              All drinks shall be supplied in polycarbonate drinking vessels.

   

  4.              All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated               entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.

   

  5.              The licence holder or his/her representative shall conduct regular               assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the               premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to               reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local               residents.  A written record shall be made of those assessments in a               logbook kept for that purpose and shall include, the time and date of the               checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial               action.

   

  6.              A scheme to be agreed with the Local Authority to provide suitable sound               proofing from the building to protect neighbouring residential properties.
