ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
There shall be provided at the premises door supervisors who are registered with the SIA to such a number as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of person to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for a licensable activity.
A record shall be kept on the premises by the DPS of every person employed on the premises as a door supervisor. The record shall contain the following details:
(i) name, address
(ii) date of birth
(iii) his/her SIA licence number
The record shall be available for inspection on demand by an Authorised Officer of the Council, the SIA, or a Police Constable.
A log book shall be maintained at the premises, in which shall be recorded the following details:
(i) the door supervisors name
(ii) his/her SIA licence number
(iii) the time and date h/she starts and finishes duty
(iv) each entry shall be signed by the door supervisor. That log book shall be available for inspection on demand by an Authorised Officer of the Council, the SIA, or a Police Constable.
Such a person will be employed at the premises at the discretion of the DPS/Premises Licence Holder.
Such a person will clearly display his name badge at all times whilst on duty.
Door supervisors registered with the SIA will remain outside the premises until at least 30 minutes after the last customer has left the premises.
Door supervisors to be positioned at each entrance/exit (other than fire doors) to ensure that no customer leaves with any bottles or glasses.
In order to comply with the venue’s capacity limit a SIA registered security team must be employed to record and control the number of person entering the premises.
No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times are open the public.
Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose.
The maximum occupancy of the ground floor (including staff and performers) will be restricted to 220 persons.
Public Safety
To comply with the reasonable requirements of the fire officer and building control officer from time to time.
The licensee and/or any person in charge of the premises shall not allow any lewd, obscene or indecent performances to take place on the licensed premises, or allow any indecent poster, advertisement, film, photograph or programme to be displayed or shown therein.
The defined area shall be provided for dancing, performances of dance and any entertainment of similar description and this area shall be cleared of all non-permanent fixtures and fittings during the activity.
During such activities all glasses shall be toughened or plastic.
Persons who are dancing in the premises in the designated area shall not be permitted to consume food or drink of any description or possess any lighted cigarette, cigar or object of a similar nature, within that designated area.
Real or artificial smoke shall not be produced in the premises.
Free cold drinking water shall be available at all times on request.
A tamper proof CCTV system shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the premises in liaison with and to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police and shall be used to record during all hours that the premises are open to the public.
A CCTV camera shall be installed, maintained in working order and operated at the locations marked 'CCTV CAMERA' on the plan of the premises.
Where recording is on a removable medium (e.g. videotape, compact disc, flash card etc), a secure storage system to store those recording mediums shall be provided.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 28 days.
Any outside area used for the consumption of alcohol shall be fully covered by a CCTV to the satisfaction of Lincolnshire Police.
All CCTV recordings must be made available to Lincolnshire Police on request.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to request the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
Noise or vibration shall not emanate form the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
Protection of Children from Harm
No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/Local Authority certification.
Children under 16 years shall not remain on the premises after 21:00 unless they are in the process of finishing a served table meal, in which case they may remain on the premises until 21:30 only.
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 18 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognises proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)
Photo driving licence
Passport
Citizens card supported by the Home Office
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
