  No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:

   

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container.

   

  The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

   

   

• CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  There will be no alcohol consumption on the premises therefore no members of the public visiting the site.

   

  Only owners, employees and bona-fide delivery drivers will access the premises.

   

  Proof of age will be required when selling on-line and is incorporated into our web site sales. Online age verification and notification will be used to ensure customers purchasing age-related products are over 18.

   

  All alcohol will be removed from the premises by vehicle.

   

  No member of the public will be invited or allowed to collect from the premises.

   

  Sales are strictly on-line only.

   

  Age verification measures are in place on our website and no sales can be made without this proof.

   

  There will be no other licensable activities on the premises.

   

  All point of sale/ in house and delivery staff shall undergo yearly training in the "Challenge 25" proof of age scheme and all other relevant policies with a record kept of the date of training, signed by staff member and trainer. Entries to be retained for 24 months and to be made available for inspection by Lincs police officers or other relevant authorities.

   

  A refusal book will also be kept which will be signed by DPS or other responsible person.
