  No alcohol to be directly dispended into a customers’ mouth

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

   

  b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  No Happy Hours on the premises.

   

  Staff training in crime prevention and drug awareness.

   

  To operate a zero drugs policy.

   

  Have a dispersals policy.

   

  Glasses not allowed to be taken off the premises.

   

  Public Safety

   

  Fire extinguishers serviced yearly.

   

  Fire alarms tested monthly.

   

  A risk assessment to be drawn up.

   

  Free drinking water made available.

   

  No drugs or illegal substances to be allowed on the premises - offenders to be barred for life.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  Music and dancing will be contained within the building.

   

  Litter to be collected around the premises on a daily basis.

   

  The use of the beer garden will cease at 00:00

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

   

  Suitable non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.

   

  Children must be supervised at all times
