Additional Conditions

• Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)

   

  1.              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  2.              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  3.              Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

  Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.

  In this condition, permitted hours mean:

   

  On New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).

  The licensed premises shall not be open for the purpose for which this licence is granted on any occasion when on specified grounds of public health or safety the licensing authority may so signify their desire in writing to the occupier or other person having at that time the control and management of the premises.

   

   

  The licensee or person in charge of the premises shall ensure that any noise emanating from or caused by the use of the premises is such as not to cause annoyance to residents in the locality

   

  No exhibition, demonstration or performances of hypnotism (as defined in section 6 of the Hypnotism Act 1952) shall be given on any person at the place licensed except with the express prior written consent of the West Lindsey District Council and in accordance with any conditions attached to such consent.

   

  NOTE:

   

  If the holder of this licence shall break or disregard any of such terms, conditions or restrictions, he may be liable to a fine not exceeding £20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both and this licence may be revoked by Order of the West Lindsey District Council.

   

   

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

   

  Free cold drinking water to be available at all times.

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  On occasions when the premises are to be used specifically for teenage persons or where those persons attending may or will be teenagers and alcohol is available for consumption, supply or sale, the premises must inform Lincolnshire Police Licensing Office at least 10 days prior to the event.  Admittance to such events must be by means of invitation only, a list of guests must be forwarded to the DPS prior and invitations produced on the night to ensure access to the event.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  Notices must be displayed at entrances and exits requesting persons to respect others and leave the premises quietly.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  A policy shall be in place to prevent sale or supply of alcohol to persons under the age of 18 as follows:

   

  Persons who appear to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to produce one of the following forms of identification:

   

                       A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS)

                       Photo Driving Licence

                       Passport

                       Any other means of identification approved and accredited in writing by Lincolnshire Police Licensing Authority

   

  No person under the age of 16 to be allowed in the bar area when it is open.

   

  Any person attempting to purchase alcohol for someone under 18 shall be asked for proof of identity for the person being bought it, if unable to produce identification sale will be refused.

   

  Anyone found drunk on the premises will be refused further alcohol and asked to leave if they become a nuisance, police to be contacted if they refuse to leave.

   

  A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premise where it can clearly be seen and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol for any  person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18.

   

  All point of sale staff shall undergo training in the above policy with a record kept of the date of training, signed by the member of staff and trainer, each entry shall be retained for a period of 24 months from date of completion, this record shall be made available for inspection by Lincolnshire Police Officers or other parties acting on their behalf.
