CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A CCTV system will be installed, recording and maintained in working order and operated at the premises. A weatherproof high resolution camera will be installed at the entrance. A high resolution colour camera for each entrance/exit to provide a quality image of head, shoulder for the identification purpose of all persons entering the premises. All recording will be kept for a minimum of 31 days with accurate date and time, and will be available to police or licensing officers to view. Recording of any incidents will be provided to the police. A member of staff will be on the premises at all times who is capable of operating the CCTV system. Recording equipment will be kept in a secure room which can be accessed only by authorised people. An incident book will be kept on the premises which will contain the nature of the incident, the time and date, location, name, address and contact details of persons involved and action taken to prevent further incidents. Each entry must be signed by the authorised person. A burglar alarm will be installed.

Rubbish bins will be kept entrance and rear of premises.
There will be a written policy to prevent sale of supply of alcohol to under 18's, accepted proof of ID will be passport, driving licence or PASS card, all persons who appear to be under 25 will be asked for ID. A notice to be displayed on the premises advising of the proof of age policy. All staff to undergo training in this policy , training records to be kept and retained for 12 months and available for inspection when required.
