CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Training of staff to be undertaken to ensure they understand their responsibilities with the sale of alcohol and the requirements of the premises licence, a record of training to be held and made available to the Police of Licensing Authority upon request.
Weatherproof infrared camera to be installed over front door covering entrance and exit of customers and any gathering of people outside. Camera installed to give full view of interior, 1080 hp cameras that live stream to a digital device and footage to be sent online to Police if necessary. All staff to be trained in the use of the recording equipment. Signs to be displayed informing public of cameras operating. Any incidents of crime or disorder to be recorded in an incident book, the book will contain time, date, location of incident, nature of incident, details of people involved, result of incidents and any preventative measures to be taken, this will be signed by the relevant responsible person. A digital record of the incident book shall be kept and either will be made available to police upon request. All cameras are to be in real time and be continually recording.
Litter bins and cigarette bins to be provided outside the building.
Signs regarding littering to be displayed.
No more than 3 children to be allowed in at any time unless accompanied by an appropriate adult. Signs clearly stating that under 21's will be required to produce photo identification, acceptable forms of ID being passport, driving licence, and proof of age card. Clear signage to be displayed to inform that buying alcohol for under 18's or supplying alcohol to under 18's is a criminal offence. Alcohol to be kept away from areas where children frequent such as the confectionary area, any children asking adults to purchase alcohol or cigarettes outside the premises will have their names taken and police contacted and recorded in the incident book.
