Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol - Off-Licensed Premises
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Any supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be in sealed container.
The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
A tamper proof CCTV recoding for 31 days will be installed and be operated by trained staff which is available to Police on request.
Staff training to be documented and made available on request.
Challenge 25 Policy to be in operation, forms of ID accepted will be driving licence, passport or card bearing PASS logo.
Refusal register to be kept and made available on request.
All alcohol and tobacco products to be purchased from a bona fide trader, invoices and receipts to be kept for inspection.
No music inside the shop.
No use of bright lights outside the shop.
Litter bins to be provided.
