CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
CCTV to be installed and maintained in working order and operated at the premises to the following standards:
There shall be a minimum of one-resolution colour camera complete with an auto iris vari-focal lens fitted to each public entrance/exit. Door entrance cameras must be capable of providing good quality head and shoulder images of 120% rotakin, including facial captures of all persons entering or leaving the premises.
There shall be sufficient cameras able to cope with normal operating illumination located within the premises to cover all licensed public areas.
Police and/or Licensing Officers shall be able on attendance to view immediate playback of any incident without the necessity for download, those images shall be of such quality and content as to provide a clear overview of the incident, in any case the frame rate should not fall below 6 fps (frames per second).
Recordings must be kept for a minimum of 31 days and endorsed with the accurate, correct time and date (BST/GMT).
Recordings of incidents at the premises must be made secure for inspection by the police and provided on request, a member of staff shall be on the premises at all times they are open to the public who is capable of operating the CCTV system and providing recordings on request.
Signs indicating that a 'Challenge 25' scheme is in operation to be displayed at the premises. Licence holder to keep a written record of any training received by staff in connection with the 'Challenge 25' policy.
Prominent. clear and legible notices to be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the local residents and leave the premises and area quietly.
Licence holder to make reasonable endeavours to approach any persons loitering outside the premise to move away, unless this would endanger licence holder or employees, staff to be trained in this approach also.
Licence holder to keep a written record of details of any staff authorised to sell alcohol on their behalf.
A refusal book to be kept and made available for inspection by police or licensing officers.
