Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)
Tap water must be provided on request to customers
No irresponsible promotions
No alcohol to be directly dispended into a customers’ mouth
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:
a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence or,
b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A register to be maintained at the premise showing names, address and contact details for DPS and all Personal Licence Holders.
Notices to be displayed informing customers that Challenge 21 is in operation and proof of age will be requested from those who are suspected to be under the age of 21.
Public Safety
A warning notice at the entrance to the premises will be displayed when strobe lasers, smoke machines or other special effects are being used.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Notices to be displayed at all exits requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.
Challenge 21 Proof of Age Scheme to be followed in accordance with the Guidance issued by Lincolnshire Police.
