Additional Conditions

• Mandatory Conditions Supply of alcohol (Licenced Premises)

  Tap water must be provided on request to customers

  No irresponsible promotions

  No alcohol to be directly dispended into a customers’ mouth

   

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:

   

  a)               at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of               the premises licence or,

   

  b)               at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a               personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Where one or more individuals are at the premises to carry out a security activity, each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

  The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol:-
  
  The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

  The responsible person shall ensure that:-
  
  (a)               Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for sale or               consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied               having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely               closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures:-
  
  Beer or cider - ½ pint;
  Gin, rum, vodka or whisky - 25ml or 35ml; and
  Still wine in a glass - 125ml; and
  
  (b)               Customers are made aware of the availability of these measures.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

   

  The licence is for 1 event per year only

   

  3 months notice must be given to the Licensing Authority and Lincolnshire Police prior to the annual event

   

  Alcohol is not allowed to be taken outside the marquee and fenced food garden areas

   

  Alcohol only to be served in plastic glasses and bottles

   

  No alcohol or food to be brought into the marquee and fenced areas, all bags to be checked by security

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  SIA registered security staff to be employed at 1 per 100

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

   

  Alcohol only to be sold to persons with an over 18 coloured wristband

   

  Proof of age posters to be displayed behind the bar

   

  Alcohol only to be sold to persons over 18 years of age, ID to be requested from persons appearing to be under 25.

   

  Age must be proved by one of the following:

   

                       The card has a verifiable means of accreditation for the information held upon it (i.e. issued by central or local government, recommended by Home Office or ACPO, supported by government e.g. photo driving licence, passport PASS card)

                       The information on the card provides the date of birth of the holder

                       The card provides information to identify the holder both by name and photograph

                       The card can be authenticated beyond reasonable doubt to avoid acceptance of fake/fraudulent identification

   

  Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must be present at the festival

   

  All young children to be issued with a wristband with parents telephone number written on so they can be contacted if required
