  General

   

  At any event where more than 1000 people can be expected to attend (this number shall disregard people using the shopping precinct or passing through the shopping precinct) there shall be 3 months notice given to Lincolnshire Police Licensing Department and Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue to include risk assessment documents for the event and an Events Management Plan.

   

  Where fewer than 1000 people are expected to attend an event, there is no risk requirements to give 3 months or any notice as above,  but a copy of the risk assessment and assessment of numbers (stating fewer than 1000 people are expected to attend) must be sent to Lincolnshire Police Licensing Department and Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue when the event details are finalised with the organiser.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  A record to be kept of all offenders who are asked to leave the site.
