ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Any alcohol order shall only be collected from the premises at least 24 hours after processing of the order
Protection of Children from Harm
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 25 years to produce a form of identification, which is compliant with the following:
The card has a verifiable means of accreditation for the information held upon it (i.e. issued by Central or Local Government, recommended by Home Office or ACPO, supported by Government e.g. Photo Driving Licence; Passport; PASS card
The information on the card provides the date of birth of the holder
The card provides information to identify the holder both by name and photograph
The card can be authenticated beyond reasonable doubt to avoid acceptance of fake/fraudulent identification
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
All point of sale/delivery staff shall undergo training in the above policy with a record kept of the date of training, signed by the member of staff and the trainer, each entry shall be retained for a period of 24 months from date of completion. This record shall be made available for inspection by Lincolnshire Police Officers, Licensing Authority Officers or other parties acting on their behalf.
