ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
Clear signs to be displayed stating:
Zero tolerance to drugs
Zero tolerance to alcohol abuse
Zero tolerance to loutish behaviour
Public Safety
Maximum occupancy for the bar is 60 persons
Toughened glass or plastic glasses to be used at all times
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Notice to be displayed asking customers to respect others by leaving the premises quietly
Protection of Children from Harm
There shall be in place for the premises a written policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce one of the following forms of identification:
A recognised proof of age card accredited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Scheme (PASS)
Photo Driving Licence
Passport
Any other means of identification approved by Lincoln Police Licensing Office
A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read, and shall indicate:
That it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age
That proof of age may be requested at the premises and those accepted for proof of age listed as above
Children under 16 years of age not admitted without an adult and not allowed near the bar area
